Who is Mel Robbins?

Mel Robbins is an American lawyer, television host, author, and motivational speaker. Robbins is known for covering the George Zimmerman trial for CNN, her TEDx talk: How to Stop Screwing Yourself Over, and her book, The 5 Second Rule.
 
What I love about her video and her habit is just how easy it is to use, yet how effective it can be.  On top of this, she backs her findings and suggestions with science and research.  Incredible how the mind works!
